Accommodation
Accommodation for delegates has been booked and pre-paid for Friday January 27th and Saturday January 28th at Rydges on Swanston, the conference venue. The conference organisers will cover the accommodation and breakfast costs of the first-named author only, for both of these nights.
Where additional authors are attending the conference and also require accommodation, it may be possible to upgrade from single (suitable for one person) to double rooms (suitable for two people) provided that delegates cover the cost difference, or alternatively to book an additional single room at a discounted price. Please notify the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible if you require an upgrade from a single to a double room or an additional room so that suitable arrangements can be confirmed with the conference venue.
Where additional accommodation is required for nights leading up to or after the conference, attendees will need to make their own arrangements or contact the Conference Secretariate to amend their booking. dditional nights booked will be at the attendee's own expense. If you do require additional accommodation we recommend that you book well in advance as the end of January is a busy time in Melbourne with the Australian Open Tennis tournament and Australia Day celebrations scheduled for this period.
